Palo Santo Stick- Holy Wood

Palo Santo Sticks are used in the same way as a Smudge Stick. To cleanse an area of negativity and promote healing.

Palo Santo wood has a beautiful scent to it, originating from South America, it is considered a Holy Wood. The sticks are made from branches that have naturally fallen from the tree, not cut from the tree. 

Starting at the inner most corner of the area you wish to cleanse, light the Palo Santo Stick and blow out the flame so that it is just smouldering. Work your way around the area towards the door, allowing the smoke to cleanse the area. When you are finished, stub out the stick and keep for next time.
